On December 24, 2024, the annual award ceremony for the winners of the Selection Round of the International Competition "Best Goods and Services - GEMMA 2024" was held. This year, enterprises of the Republic of Belarus took part in the competition for the first time. Among the winners were two representatives of the Minsk region, who demonstrated a high level of quality of their products and services: OJSC "Agrokombinat" Dzerzhinsky "was awarded the Gold Medal of the Competition "GEMMA" for poultry products (gutted broiler carcass "Natural product", first grade; semi-finished minced turkey product: minced meat "Classic"). The results of the competitive evaluation showed compliance with high standards of quality, safety, as well as taste preferences of consumers not only in Belarus, but also in Russia.

Ethno-cultural tourist complex "Nanosy Otdykh" (UP "Nanosy Otdykh") was noted for creating unique tourist services that combine traditions and modern approaches. The activities of the Nanosy Otdykh complex are aimed at preserving the cultural heritage of the region, as well as developing tourism and strengthening the position of the Minsk region on the tourist map of Belarus and beyond.

The international competition "GEMMA" traditionally emphasizes the importance of compliance of products and services of enterprises with international quality standards, preferences of modern consumers, the need to use advanced technologies and continuous improvement of business processes. The project also promotes the establishment of international cooperation between business entities, including through a partner network in the BRICS countries and official representative offices in China and Brazil.

In total, following the results of the 2024 Selection Round, more than 70 enterprises from Russia and Belarus representing various industries received the title of Winner and the highest award - the GEMMA Gold Medal. All of them successfully passed the selection round of the project and showed high results following the independent expert assessment. Now the winners of the Selection Round will represent their territories in the final - Final stage of the competition, which will be held in April 2025.

The international competition "Best Goods and Services - GEMMA" has been held since 2002. The project structure includes official representative offices in China and Brazil, and the geography of partners over the entire period of work has totaled 64 countries. The objective of the Competition is to identify competitive and promising enterprises in various industries producing goods and services.
