A Presidential decree has simplified the terms for issuing advance payments for the supply of agricultural products for state needs

On July 8, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 223, aimed at simplifying the conditions for issuing advance payments for supplies of agricultural products for national state needs. The document amends the relevant Decree No. 350 of July 17, 2014. This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The decree provides for permanently established procurement prices for agricultural products, which will be adjusted in response to objective factors. This will enable organisations that process such products to conclude supply contracts in advance and make advance payments to agricultural producers.
